Drop off all gear acquired for CBRN or CATM at this appointment. Please note, your Chemical training gear is permanent issue while you are stationed at Shaw AFB if you belong to the 20th FW.
If you have a permanently issued Gas Mask and it shows up on the IPE Overdue Listing it is about to Expire. Please chose this appointment for a Gas Mask Leak Test.
If you have lost an item you will either need to conduct a Report of Survey or pay for the missing assets. This appointment will allow you to fill out the required paperwork and receive further instruction for lost items.
